Without a doubt the best fudge you've ever tasted and its soooo easy! No beating!!

  1. Melt the butter, cream cheese and chocolate over low heat.
  2. Beat in the powdered sugar until very smooth.
  3. Pour into a 9x9 pan and cool.
  4. Cut in squares.

So good! I followed the directions exactly, stirring in the powdered sugar one cup at a time in the saucepan. It's smooth, creamy, and chocolately. Thanks for a great recipe.

This is totally wonderful. I cut down the powdered sugar and added nuts - still wonderful, but the walnuts made it a little greasy. It was better when I just stuck to the recipe.

This is a very easy fudge to prepare. The cream cheese is very subtle and almost lends a milk chocolate flavor to the fudge. I used my wand blender to completely blend the melted cream cheese, with the chocolate and then beat in the powdered sugar one cup at a time using my stand mixer. This fudge has a pale chocolate color and will add variety on my goodie plate with my own deep chocolate fudge.
