- 14.79 ml butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 small fennel bulbs, chopped
- 411.06 g can crushed tomatoes
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 44.37 ml tomato paste
- 946.36 ml water
- 680.38 g mussels, scrubbed and de-bearded
- 118.29 ml whipping cream
- 59.14 ml parsley, chopped
- 59.14 ml parmesan cheese, grated
- 907.18 g spiral shaped pasta
directions
- Heat butter in large pan, add onion.
- Cook, stirring, until golden brown.
- Add garlic and fennel, stir over heat 5 minutes.
- Add undrained crushed tomatoes, crumbled bouillon cubes, tomato paste, and water, mix well.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer uncovered 45 minutes.
- Add mussels, cook over low heat until mussels open, discard unopened shells.
- Add cream, parsley and Parmesan cheese.
- Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling water until just tender, drain.
- Serve with sauce.

<p>? Hi! My name is Teresa.? My husband and I like to take RV trips but it seems lately we just us it for vintage motorcross races. I enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, have done some rock climbing but age is creeping up on my poor old bones. Anything to do with the outdoors I enjoy, so why do I live in rainy Washington state?
