  1. I used to work at outback. Spicy Tasso ham, Gruyere and provolone cheeses. That's what makes the difference.

  2. It also uses Gouda and provolone cheese mix, 50/50 mix

  3. Outback uses spicy Tasso ham for this recipe. I used to work there.

  4. QUESTION: How much oregano, thyme and garlic is used? Did I miss it? Even the other reviewers did not mention it. It sounds delicious and I want to try it, but I'm afraid without knowing how much spices. Thanks

  5. I was SO happy to find this recipe because I hated to see Outback take it off their menu! Now I can make it at home and save money! I didn't cook the pasta as long as I should have because of it going in the oven but next time I will cook the pasta longer. Also I will saute the onions before adding them in because they were crunchy even after baking it. I will bake it for longer too. I may also buy 2 jars of sauce if I cook the whole box of pasta. But all in all, I love the recipe and it tasted just like the Cyclone pasta from Outback!!!
