- 1 cup raw rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 small onion, quartered
- 1 cup mushroom, sliced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 small head broccoli, sliced into florets
- 1 dash pepper, to taste
directions
- Into the pot, put all the ingredients as per the order above.
- Cover and cook in low fire for 20 minutes.
- Stir and serve. Add salt, if preferred.
