Norma's Sage Stuffing

"This is a moist stuffing. Will stuff a 20 pound bird."

ingredients

• 4 (14 ounce) packages pepperidgefarm croutons
• 1 lb butter
• 2 cups chopped celery
• 1 1⁄2 cups chopped onions
• 46 ounces chicken broth
• 2 tablespoons ground sage

directions

1. Saute onion and celery in butter til tender.
2. Mix sage with dry croutons.
3. Heat broth.
4. Mix all ingredients together.
5. This will stuff a 20 pound bird or bake alone in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes to one hour.
