  • Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweeetened condensed milk until well combined. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and chopped pecans.
  • Layer in dessert glasses starting with 3 tablespoons cheese mixture, 2 tablespoons crumb mixture, 3 Tbps, cheese mixtue and 1 tablespoons crumb mixture.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Top with shaved chocolate.
  • This dessert can be made up to 3 days ahead.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
