  • Slice onions.
  • Peel and slice cucumbers.
  • Sprinkle with salt and let stand overnight.
  • Drain.
  • Place in a pot and cover with a little water.
  • Bring to a boil and drain.
  • Mix flour with some vinegar to make a paste. Add rest of ingredients.
  • Combine with cucumbers and onions.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
