- 226.79 g fresh mushrooms
- 118.29 ml salad oil
- 59.14 ml wine vinegar
- 14.79 ml soy sauce
- 29.58 ml parsley flakes
- 4.92 ml salt
- 2.46 ml garlic powder
- 14.79 ml sugar
- 1.23 ml pepper
- 473.18 ml tomatoes, large pieces
- 236.59 ml onion, chopped
- 78.78 ml green pepper, chopped
- 2 stalk celery, sliced
directions
- Rinse, pat dry and slice mushrooms.
- Combine oil, vinegar, parsley, salt, sugar, garlic powder, pepper & soy sauce; mix well.
- Pour over mushrooms, toss well.
- Add tomatoes, onion, green pepper & celery.
- Toss gently.
- Cover & refrigerate 1 hour.
- Serve over fresh spinach leaves, if desired.
