- 1 head Chinese cabbage, chopped (bok choy)
- 118.29 ml julienned carrot
- 473.18 ml fresh Chinese pea pods
- 44.37 ml butter (3/8 stick)
- 44.37 ml peanut oil
- 236.59 ml sliced fresh mushrooms
- 709.77 ml fresh bean sprouts
- 1 basket cherry tomatoes
- 113.39 g miniature canned corn

DRESSING (MAKES 1 QUART)
- 236.59 ml oyster sauce
- 236.59 ml sugar
- 473.18 ml soy sauce
- salt and pepper
directions
- Saute cabbage, carrots and pea pods al dente in butter and oil.
- Add mushrooms, bean sprouts, tomatoes, corn and dressing to taste.
- Simmer for 2 minutes, taking care that vegetables do not overcook.
- Serve immediately.

- Blend all ingredients thoroughly.
- Adjust seasonings.
