- 236.59 ml Minute Rice, uncooked
- 236.59 ml broth (chikcen or beef)
- 283.49 g can rotel or 283.49 g can tomatoes and green chilies, mostly drained
- 29.58 ml cilantro, chopped
- 118.29 ml shredded cheddar cheese
- 9.85 ml chili powder
directions
- Pour broth, can or Rotel, and chile powder into sauce pan and bring to a boil.
- Add rice and cilantro and cover. Remove from heat and allow rice to absorb liquid.
- Mix with cheese while rice is still warm.
