A working mum in Malaysia to two wonderful kids, Shanelle (7) and Shane (5). I come from a family of Nyonyas (of Chinese heritage who have assimilated in with Malay culture) which results in our own style of cooking which is neither chinese nor malay. I have done some part time catering for small functions and my mom has been featured in the local newspapers for her wonderful cooking. Needless to say my family enjoys all kinds of food and we are always on the lookout for new recipes to try.
