"I got this from the regis and kelly show made it, loved it. Very simple to make too. In the original recipe it calls for a little salt which I have omitted."

  1. These were fabulous. Almost too buttery to be believed! I might reduce the butter just a smidge next time. I also added a pinch of salt. I got 2 dozen cookies and I toasted the pecans before chopping. Don't even want to know the calorie and fat content - it doesn't matter! These are a treat to be savored.

I enjoy looking at all the recipes and trying out new ones for my family. I got hooked on this site while searching for a pepper jelly which I did find and it turned out pretty good I might add. I gave them as Christmas presents this past December. I work as a Librarian assistant at a local high school which I enjoy very much. I have two boys ages 16 and 11 and I have been married 23 years this past October.
