  1. Peel, core and dice the apples. Put them in a microwave proof bowl with the 50g sugar, jam, lemon juice and orange juice. Cook on full power for 7 minutes.
  2. Put the cooked apple into the bottom of an oven dish.
  3. Beat the margarine, caster sugar, ground almonds, eggs and lemon zest together until smooth. Spread over the apple.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes on 350°F/180°C until golden brown,.
