  • Combine the top 9 ingredients in a large bowl, mix well.
  • Form mixture into a loaf and place into a 9x5 loaf pan.
  • Combine next 4 ingredients in a small bowl, mix well.
  • Spoon about half of the mix on top of the meat loaf.
  • Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and spoon remaining mix on the meat loaf and bake 10 more minutes.

  1. Ranger rover: I love horseradish so I tried it and I liked it very much! I did sub crushed pork rinds for the oat[low carb].
     
  2. We enjoyed this meatloaf. It has a nice flavor and a nice glaze on top. The "bite" is not too strong at all. It made a large loaf, and took about 1 hour and 45 minutes to cook all the way through (I use an oven thermometer, so I think it was just the large loaf). Next time I will use less onion. Every bite had a lot of onion, which my family wasn't too fond of, but that is easily adjusted. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
