FOR THE MEATBALLS
- 2 lbs fresh ground pork
- 2 lbs smoked ham (ground)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

FOR THE TOPPING
- 1 1⁄2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dry mustard
directions
- Mix & form the meatball ingredients into medium to large meatballs or a loaf.
- Place meatballs into a deep baking dish or roasting pan, or if you're making a loaf, place the meat mix into a loaf dish or pan.
- Mix the topping ingredients & cover the meatballs with the topping sauce mix.
- Bake approximately 2 hours at 325°, basting 2 or 3 times.
