Marsala Beef Stew

"A friend of mine said he had not had home made beef stew for 5 years, every since his grandmother died. So I decided to make him some beef stew just like his grandmothers... well somebody's grandmother anyway. This goes great with garlic toast or even some artichoke bruschetta."

What can I say, I love cooking. Even more, I love eating. Growing up I was a mamas boy. I spent a lot of time in the kitchens of my mother, aunts, and grandmother, and they all were excellent cooks. There was no way I could spend that much time with those great women and not pick up a thing or two about how to prepare and appreciate food. I love trying and creating new recipes for family and friends. I hope anyone that tries my recipes wil enjoy them as much as I do. And I look forward to trying more of the delicious recipes that all the other members have submitted. Bon Appetite!!!
