A recipe from Trinidad that goes with just about anything........nice on cheese sandwiches.

  1. Mince raisins, currents, prunes.
  2. Mix with peppers and 1 pint of vinegar.
  3. Leave to infuse for 24 hours.
  4. Peel and slice mangoes.
  5. Pound garlic.
  6. Mix all ingredients.
  7. Boil until desired consistency.
  8. Stir frequently.
  9. Let cool.
  10. Bottle & label.
  11. NB -- Mangoes may be pounded with garlic if preferred.
