- 354.88 ml thick Greek yogurt
- 354.88 ml cucumbers, peeled seeded and diced
- 7.39 ml minced fresh parsley
- 2.46 ml garlic powder
- 0.59 ml salt
- 2.46 ml sugar
- 0.19 ml Tabasco sauce (optional)
- 6 sausage patties, cooked
- 6 pita bread
- 1 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 head boston lettuce, torn
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 236.59 ml shredded cheddar cheese
- Mix together dressing ingredients and chill.
- Grill pita bread on hot griddle until warm, pliable and soft.
- Place pocket ingredients on grilled pita with dressing to taste.
- Wrap in plastic and chill until served.
