  2. Add the onions, garlic, and bacon.
  3. Cook, stirring often, for 6 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  4. Stir in the beans and rice.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, or until the rice is lightly browned.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
