- 29.58 ml Splenda sugar substitute
- 14.79 ml unsweetened cocoa powder
- 14.79 ml coconut oil or 14.79 ml canola oil
- 44.37 ml cream or 44.37 ml half-and-half
- 4.92 ml vanilla extract
- 1 egg

- Mix everything together in a big mug or small bowl and put it in the microwave for 90 seconds maybe 10 more seconds after that depends on your microwave and enjoy it, yum!
