I love that you don't need eggs and its super easy to make. My son is severely allergic to eggs, peanuts and basically everything and I though this would be a perfect b-day cake. Used Whipped Cream Frosting recipe for the frosting ( you can give it flavor) Its YUMMY! My other 4 kids loved it too Even my 2 picky eaters.

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in mixer.
  3. stir in all remaining ingredients.
  4. pour into ungreased 8x8x2 square pan.
  5. bake 35 to 40 minutes.
  6. use any icing you like or none at all.
