ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup rice wine vinegar
• 1⁄4 cup chicken broth, low fat and low salt
• 2 teaspoons dried parsley
• 1⁄2 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
• 1⁄4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 1 garlic clove, finely minced
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1⁄2 cup canola oil

directions

1. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Shake well before serving.
