Lebanon Sandwich Spread

This is the best spread you can make. It's great for finger sandwiches or a whole sandwich in your lunch can. I've tried most of the others and they don't even come close. This stuff is addictive.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb lebanon bologna
  • 3 hardboiled egg
  • 4 sweet gherkins
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Put Bologna, eggs, and pickles into a food. processor 1 at a time and transfer to a bowl. Add Mayo and mix well. Use more or less Whip to your taste. It should be firm and not runny.
