I like this because it's cooked on the stove. One pan to clean. Change the soup and/or the cheese for different flavors.

  1. Cut kielbasa into bite size chunks.
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in frozen green beans and mushrooms.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
