  • brown meat, Drain.
  • Add taco seasoning, corn, beans, salsa, pasta and water. Simmer 15 minutes until pasta is cooked.
  • Add cheeses and stir till melted.

  1. My husband and I really like this recipe. Great, easy Mexican dinner...we eat with chips & salsa. I use ground turkey (1/2 lb) instead of the beef and use velveeta in place of the shredded cheese and cream cheese.javascript:postComment();
     
  2. Very unappetizing to look at, but tasted pretty good. Make sure that you don't add more heat than you can handle - we used medium salsa and it was almost too spicy.
