- 1 1⁄2 lbs lean ground meat
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1⁄3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package crescent rolls
directions
- Cook ground meat until brown. Add onion and bell pepper, cook until tender, add tomato sauce, pepper, garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Mix well and pour into 2 quart casserole. Spread sour cream over the meat and sprinkle the grated cheese on the sour cream.
- Separate the rolls into 4 rectangles and place over the cheese. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake 20-25 minutes at 375ºF. Cut into squares. Let sit a few minutes before serving.
