"This is a simple way to cook a beef curry, the use of cabbage gives this dish a different slant. Not many ingredients so give it a go. You could omit the noodles and serve with boiled rice."

  1. It was delicious. We tripled the recommended curry - using yellow curry powder - after seeing the reviews finding it bland. Add a few slices of fresh pineapple on the side, and this becomes a beautiful meal.

  2. This was a little bland, I have to aggree. I'm going to add some chili powder next time to give it some zing. Thanks!

  3. Very delish! I loved the sauce, though it was slightly bland.

  4. This was quite tasty. About the only problem I would forsee is that the portion sizes are relatively small. My husband and I aren't huge eaters, so it wasn't a problem for us. Usually we end up getting half again the servings out of a recipe when we prepare it. This one was just enough for the two of us. (granted, we were dumb and forgot to start the rice cooking early enough to have it with dinner, so we grabbed some bread to sop up the sauce with.) I might make this again with some hot sauce or cayenne added for a little kick. Overall it was very tasty though :)
