  1. I was excited when I saw this recipe because it sounded interesting. I'm not sure how I expected this recipe to come out, but it just wasn't "it". The bread was too savory to be a sweet bread, but not savory enough to not be. We ended up topping it off with a bit of butter and honey. It wasn't bad by any measure, but not something I'll try again.

  2. Moist is right - and so flavourful!! I even cut out the butter when I had a bit more carrot than called for and it is still melt-in-your-mouth great!

  3. Yum.

  4. Amazing. I never get tired with this. I usually cut it in half and bake it in a bread pan. THE BEST thing I've ever baked when it's served with honey, or maple syrup drizzled over it and coated with cinnamon! I've baked this about four times since I've found this recipe, and will continue to!

  5. Very easy to put together. Everyone really enjoyed it, especially my husband. Tasted lovely and is definitely something I'll be making again. Thank you.
