- 226.79 g package cream cheese
- 226.79 g package sour cream
- 118.29 ml mayonnaise
- 118.29 ml salsa (prefer Pancho's brand)
- 29.57 ml of finely chopped jalapeno
- 4.92 ml garlic
- 1 crushed chicken bouillon cube
- 2 (566.99 g) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 453.59 g package of shredded mozzarella cheese
directions
- Heat cream cheesein microwave for about 40 seconds to make easier to mix.
- Add everything except a 1/4 of the bag of mozzarella cheese.
- After everything is mixed sprinkle cheese on top.
- Cook for about 20 minutes or until golden brown at 375.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
