  1. I had some of the girls over for a brunch and served this wonderful dip. Everyone loved it. This is a great tasty dish that is so easy to throw together. The red and yellow peppers add a nice colorful touch. I served it with assorted crackers. Thank you sooo much, CountryLady, for sharing this. I plan to make it many many times. :-)

  2. Thanks for the tip Jessys Girl. I made this last night and added a clove of garlic chopped fine, some chives, chopped green onion and tabasco. It was excellent with the seasonings

  3. This was ok but was missing something, no not something, many thinks. Canned crab is horrible so I would never make this again unless I used fresh crab. Also, the taste was too bland, it needs garlic or something. I was not impressed and ended up throwing most of it out.

  4. Nothing but compliments

  5. This is a delicious and easy-to-do appetizer! I made this for a girl's night out and everyone raved about it. Served it with melba toast rounds and buttery crackers. Thanks for sharing this- it's a definite keeper, CountryLady!

In the words of Tracy Byrd, "I'm from the country & I like it that way"!! On May 1, 2008 my husband and I started a new adventure. We'll be living in a 37 foot RV while our new home is under construction. Its out in the country on a dead end dirt road with lots of trees. For the next 4 months or so, most meals will be cooked on the BBQ and life will be full of challenges! We love spending quality time with our friends & family - especially the grandkids!! The photo is 4 generations - my 84 year old mother, myself, my daughter & my youngest granddaughter - taken at the end of 2006. I've participated in many contests & events here on Zaar but this is the first banner that I've posted. My thanks to Dreamgoddess for hosting the contest & SusieD for the banner design! <img src="http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f249/Dreamgoddess555/Narrow1-1.jpg">
