- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup shedded cheese
- 1⁄2 cup chopped almonds
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1⁄2 cup shedded cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 3⁄4 cup potato chips, crushed
directions
- Mix all ingredients except the chips in 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Top with potato chips.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes.

Tasty recipe, emily9! Only change I made was to put one of your 1/2 cups of shredded cheese on top of casserole, added fresh bread crumbs over the cheese, then dotted with butter (no potato chips on hand). The other 1/2 cup of cheese went in the casserole. I'm looking forward to the leftovers for lunch tomorrow...thanks for posting!
