    Directions:

      Cook rice according to package directions.

      Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.

      Spoon into a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.

      Cover and bake at 400° for 20-30 minutes, until heated well through into center of casserole.

      I have used this recipe for years. I love it but have never put lemon or eggs in it. We microwave it for 15 minutes and crush potato chips on the top.
