Hot Beef Sandwiches

"Crock pot recipe - there are several other variations on zaar, but I was looking for one that didn't call for onion soup mix. Haven't tried it yet."

• Yields: 10 sandwiches
• Serves: 10

ingredients

• 3 lbs chuck roast
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1⁄4 cup vinegar
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper

directions

1. Place meat and onions in crock pot.
2. Mix remaining and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours
3. Shred meat and serve on buns with broth o/s for dipping.
