- 1 lb lean ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and mashed
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3⁄4 cup ketchup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
