1. The horseradish and bread crumbs form a really nice crust on the salmon. The flavour is quite subtle. I would have liked a bit more horseradish sauce, but DH loved it as is. Quick, simple and healthy! Thanks Sarah Jayne! Made for PAC Spring 2008.

 2. Very good salmon which we enjoyed with a simple salad. I used whole wheat bread and didn't bother removing the crusts. Great dinner. Thanks for sharing.

 3. I was looking for a fast, easy recipe that still tasted great, and this did the trick. Couldn't have been faster to make and it was enjoyed. Thanks!

 4. Great Salmon! Know just how much flavor horseradish adds to sauces but had never tried it on salmon - what an easy way to bring great salmon to the table. I served this with Evelyn's recipe#88584. Be making that combination again. Thank you Sarah.

 5. Surprised to see this recipe because I found it in a European newspaper this winter. It is an excellent simple way to prepare salmon and more horseradish can be added to taste. Thanks for putting it in print.

So, I am trying to have as many vegetarian recipes in the week as I can manage. I have started a blog - Weekend Carnivore where I blog about trying to eat a mostly vegetarian diet. I share a lot of my discovered recipes there. If I make one of your vegetarian recipes and I managed to take a good photo of it, chances are I will blog about it and tell everybody how much I enjoyed it.
