  • Cut ribs. I usually cut them bite size
  • Boil in a large pot for about 1/2 hour-1 hour.
  • Mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl. (honey garlic sauce).
  • Cook for 1-1 1/2 hours with sauce @ 350°F.

  1. This is very good! Just a little too sweet for me. Instead of garlic powder, I used about 1/2 teaspoon fresh, minced garlic and I used fresh minced ginger as well. I made the marinade a few hours before using it, to give the flavors a chance to meld together. I used boneless pork ribs, so I didn't boil them first. I also poured the marinade over the ribs and let them marinade for about an hour before popping them in the oven. I will make this again, but will use less honey. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Made for PAC Fall '07.
