  • Pre heat oven to 375.
  • To make dough:.
  • Mix baking powder, baking soda, water, honey, salt and olive oil until mixed well.
  • Add flour and knead until elastic adding flour if needed.
  • Cover and let sit for 15 minutes to rise.
  • After dough rises divide in two and spread onto desired pans.
  • To make sauce:.
  • Add tomato, water, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, oregano, basil, thyme, garlic and onion to blender and mix until smooth.
  • Add to sauce pan and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Top dough with sauce, cheese and other desired toppings.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Enjoy.
