High Altitude Oatmeal M&m Cookies

Im at 6500 feet. This mixture was pretty dry, so I added another egg and used the full stick of butter. The cookies turned out AMAZING!

Directions

  1. Wash Hands and preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Empty contents into a large bowl and stir.
  3. Using a wooden spoon, add vanilla egg and slightly melted butter. Mix well. Mixture will be slightly dry and crumbly.
  4. Press into 1 ½ inch balls.
  5. Use parchment paper lining on any cookie sheet for best results.
  6. Bake 10 minutes.
  7. ALTERNATIVE: Use 8 TBSP butter flavored Crisco and bake at 350°F.
