- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup soft breadcrumbs, moistened with
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 garlic clove, chopped finely
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Mix ingredients all together.
- Form into 1-inch balls.
- Sauté until brown in 2 T oil over medium heat.

I made these meatballs with ground chicken and they were very enjoyable. I also baked them in the oven @ 400 F for 30 min instead of sauteing in pan. All in all a great dish which we will have again; could also be nice as small apetizers. Made for ZWT 7 - Food.Commandoes
These were really good. Had some with spaghetti for lunch, and had some with some rice last night. The flavor was fabulous, and we all enjoyed. I cooked mine at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, and they were great. The only thing I did was cut back on the salt to 1/4 teaspoon. Made for PRMR tag.
