- 453.59 g carton sour cream
- 304.75 g can cream of chicken soup
- 907.18 g package frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes
- 473.18 ml cubed cooked ham
- 226.79 g cubed American cheese
- 59.14 ml chopped onion (optional)
- 473.18 ml crushed corn flakes
- 118.29 ml butter or 118.29 ml margarine, melted
- 236.59 ml shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a big bowl, combine sour cream and soup.
- Stir in frozen potatoes, ham, American cheese, and if desired, onion.
- Transfer to a 3-quart rectangular baking dish, spreading mixture evenly.
- Combine cornflakes and butter; sprinkle over potato mixture.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese; bake for 20-25 minutes more or until bubbly around the edges and heated through.
