Great way to use up leftover ham!

  1. In a large saucepan, cook the ham, onions and garlic in oil until tender.
  2. Stire in tomatoes, beans, picante sauce, tomato sauce and water (if desired).
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in olives, bouillon, thyme, salt and pepper.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
