- 8-12 fresh habanero peppers, seeded and chopped
- 439.41 g can peach slices in heavy syrup
- 118.29 ml dark molasses
- 29.58 ml prepared french's yellow mustard
- 118.29 ml light brown sugar
- 236.59 ml distilled white vinegar
- 22.18 ml white salt
- 29.58 ml paprika
- 14.79 ml cumin
- 2.46 ml coriander
- 2.46 ml ginger powder
- 4.92 ml garlic powder (can use 2 teaspoons)
- 2.46 ml ground allspice
- 9.85 ml fresh ground black pepper (or to taste)
- 4.92 ml liquid smoke seasoning (optional or to taste)

- Place the chopped peppers, peaches with the syrup, molasses, mustard, brown sugar and vinegar into a food processor or blender, then add in all spices except the liquid smoke; blend until smooth.
- Add in liquid smoke (if using) start with 1/4 teaspoon adding in more to taste.
- Pour into glass jars, seal tightly and refrigerate for a few days before using.
- Store in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
