- 56.69-170.09 g lobster tails (take out of shell and slice into 1 inch strips)
- 16-20 large raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 473.18 ml pineapple (cut into chunks)

Marinade
- 29.58 ml olive oil
- 14.79 ml lemon juice
- 14.79 ml lime juice
- 14.79 ml soy sauce
- 44.37 ml pineapple juice
- 29.58 ml minced garlic cloves
- 4.92 ml seasoning salt
- 4.92 ml garlic seasoning
- 29.58 ml parmesan cheese
- 9.85 ml onion powder
- 14.78 ml hot sauce
- 118.29 ml white wine
directions
- mix last 12 ingredients to make marinade,mix or shake well.
- pour over seafood and pineapple chunks put in fridge for at least 4 hours.
- can be made into kabobs or grilled in a grill pan.depending on your grill and how high you have it, cook time can vary greatly,I cook on low for approx 15 min flipping and painting with leftover marinade.then turn to high right before done.
