Another treat from my Southern belle MIL. She was a cookbook author, and I am trying to get all these well worn, yellowed pages down for posterity and the enjoyment of others. You won't regret trying any of her recipes! *See my listed tarragon vinegar recipe for this or purchase at grocer.
- Mix together as would any dressing, shake, and refrigerate.
I love Green Goddess dressing; this is very good. Made for St. Pat's Day; and should have added more green onion.
