2 lbs ground turkey
1 (10 ounce) package chopped spinach (defrosted, and squeezed of the water)
¹⁄₂ cup feta cheese
juice of one lemon
1 teaspoon oregano
salt
pepper
2 eggs
1 tablespoon garlic
1 small onion, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil

directions

form patties this will make about 6 patties. Cook turkey burgers as you like, you can pan fry, barbeque, ( if you want to bbq, rub brgers with oil) until totally cooked.
This is very good with tzasiki sauce, on the bun.

Hi I have always been into cooking, baking etc..
