Greek Shrimp and Feta Pasta

Delicious, easy and quick dinner. If you don't want to use wine, use the juice of one medium lemon.

  1. In large pot, bring water to boil and add spaghetti. Cook al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, saute onion until translucent over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
  4. Add bay leaf, oregano, white wine and red pepper flakes. Cook 3 minutes.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes and parsley. Cook until tomatoes just start to break down.
  6. Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes, stirring to make sure that shrimp are turned.
  7. Add 1/2 cup hot pasta water to shrimp. Mix well.
  8. Place pasta into large serving bowl and tope with shrimp mixture.
  9. Sprinkle feta cheese over the top and serve.
