- 453.59 g ground beef
- 453.59 g ground lamb
- 1 medium onion, diced fine
- 1 red bell pepper, diced fine
- 59.14 ml carrot, shredded
- 59.14 ml zucchini, shredded
- 14.79 ml garlic, diced
- 4.92 ml sea salt
- 9.85 ml black pepper
- 425.24 g can tomato sauce
- 236.59-354.88 ml oats
- 14.79 ml rogan josh masala (Penzeys)
- 7.39 ml lamb seasoning (Penzey's)
directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl - and form meatloaf muffins. I dome the tops so they look like actual muffins
- Put into a 350 degree oven tented in tinfoil for 30 minutes Remove foil and cook for an additional 15.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and peas.
