- 236.59 ml rice flour
- 29.58 ml tapioca starch
- 14.79 ml sugar
- 1.23 ml salt
- 118.29 ml butter or 118.29 ml coconut oil
- 59.14 ml ice water
directions
- Mix dry ingredients well.
- Use mixer to blend in butter (or oil).
- Add water and "whip it up.".
- Pour into greased pie plate and spread with fingers.
