I needed to make a meatloaf for my husband, but tweaked it so that I could enjoy as well. this is what I came up with.
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 slice gluten free bread
- 1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning (I used lipton savory herb and garlic seasoning)
- 1⁄2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons organic ketchup
- combine all ingredients together.
- shape into a 8 x 4 casserole dish.
- cook on 350 for one hour.
