    I needed to make a meatloaf for my husband, but tweaked it so that I could enjoy as well. this is what I came up with.

    Ingredients:

    Servings:

    Units: US | Metric

    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 1 egg
    • 1 slice gluten free bread
    • 1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning (I used lipton savory herb and garlic seasoning)
    • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 dash pepper
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 3 tablespoons organic ketchup

    Directions:

      combine all ingredients together.

      shape into a 8 x 4 casserole dish.

      cook on 350 for one hour.
