Garlic Anchovy Salad Dressing

• Yields: 2/3 cup

ingredients

• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 2 -3 anchovy fillets
• 1⁄3 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1⁄8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
• 1⁄8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1⁄3 cup vegetable oil

directions

1. Place the first nine ingredient in a blender, cover and process until smooth.
2. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream.
3. Transfer to a jar, cover and refrigerate until serving time.
